Alice has a superior knowledge of the Valley, and has sold real estate in Arizona for 30 years. Because she always strives and achieves success, Alice has proven experience in negotiation skills and marketing for her clients.

Always interested in keeping abreast of the current situation, both in growth in the Valley, and in education, Alice has studied and earned many designations. Below are some of her credentials.

CyberStars® is an international organization of over 200 top Real Estate professionals throughout the nation and internationally, who are committed to providing the highest level of service and expertise in the industry, while using hi-tech to provide high touch service.
Certified Residential Specialist – A professional designation awarded to experienced agents who complete an advanced, extensive course of study in residential real estate and demonstrate proficiency in sales and production. Less than 3% of all licensed agents carry this designation and Alice has had this designation for 30 years as a charter member.
GRI Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) is the first designation necessary to achieve the CRS designation. It too, is a series of educational classes, requires a certain level of production, and establishes the realtor as sincere in her/his efforts to be above average in knowledge of the industry.
Certification for Internet Professionalism – Alice is one of the first 10 Realtors in the nation to have earned the e-Pro Certification from the National Association of Realtors, recognizing quality Web services.
CRS Certified Relocation Specialist – To receive this credential, Alice has attend three times in her career the classes that have been updated through the years and mandated by various Relocation Companies. She has assists 25-50 clients each year with their relocation. This includes clients from 22 different countries, who have moved to Arizona in the past 30 years.
Luxury Marketing Specialist & Guild Member – The Luxury Marketing Institute awards an international designation to agents who meet performance standards in the upper-tier market.
CyberProfessionals – A select group of 100+ professionals, and high achievers. This is a network of highly productive agents who share knowledge and refer to each other across the nation, knowing that their clients will be serviced at the highest level.
When a realtor is approved as an iSucceed Mentor, it’s a signal to the real estate community at large that this agent is not only successful, but is a trusted counselor and role model for the entire real estate industry. Out of the 1,200,000 million REALTORS® nationwide, only 50 are appointed as iSucceed Mentors every year.
RECS is the Real Estate CyberSpace Society. Society members leverage their effectiveness, visibility, professionalism and earnings by using the latest up-to-the minute networking tools, strategies and services. Alice has been interviewed throughout the years and shares her knowledge with her fellow realtors.
RE/MAX Platinum Club – Qualification for the RE/MAX Platinum Club is based on sales production, representing the top 10% of the Region. Nobody in the world sells more real estate than RE/MAX’s experienced and professional agents and Alice is one of them, making dreams come true for her clients.
RE/MAX Hall of Fame – Sales Associates who, during their careers with RE/MAX, have helped at least 350 families buy or sell homes earn this award.
