I am so sorry this notice is necessary, but I have to be vigilant about the copyright, because so many agents during the last 2 years have been “borrowing” my content, design elements and outright theft. It has meant that I have to enforce the copyright and trademarks of my website vigorously.

I have (and continue to on a daily basis), spent a considerable amount of time and cost researching and compiling my content over the last10 years, as well as hiring a graphic artist to create my “saguaro/cactus family.” This is fun for me, and I really enjoy it.

However, it is not fair to have webmasters and agents just snag and lift my material, design, and web stuff. Unfortunately, agents from all over the country have been doing it, and some in my own backyard!

Therefore, I have hired an aggressive attorney who will be my “big brother” to protect my copyright and trademarks and go after any violations and violators with vigor. He comes well-credentialed and has vast experience in this role. This is his specialty!! Please check him out before you snag my work and earn his attention!
